    ONLINE WEIGHT LOSS COACHING, 1-ON-1

A custom training and nutrition plan, weekly check-ins with a real coach, and an accountability system built for the schedule you actually have. Coaching clients across the United States.

    Why most weight-loss attempts fail

Almost nobody who comes to me is failing because they don't know that vegetables are good and soda is not. They're failing for far more ordinary reasons: the plan was built for someone else's life, the first bad week turned into a bad month, and there was nobody to notice.

The most common pattern looks like this. You start on a Monday with an aggressive calorie target and five workouts a week. Week one goes great. Week two, work runs long twice and you miss two sessions. Week three, the scale hasn't moved because water weight is masking real fat loss, so you conclude it isn't working. Week four, you're off the plan entirely and telling yourself you have no discipline.

It wasn't discipline. It was three fixable design problems: the target was too aggressive to survive a normal week, the plan had no fallback for a busy day, and nobody explained that scale weight bounces for a dozen reasons that have nothing to do with fat. Fix those three things and most people can lose weight steadily without white-knuckling anything.

The other quiet failure is losing weight the wrong way. Cut calories hard with no resistance training and a meaningful chunk of what you lose is muscle. You end up lighter, softer, with a slower metabolism and a body that regains fat easily the moment you eat normally again. That's the yo-yo, and it's a programming problem, not a willpower problem.

    How my coaching is different

I coach a small number of clients at a time, one-on-one. There's no group chat, no PDF template with your name typed at the top, and no bot sending you generic encouragement.

    • Your program is written for your equipment, schedule, and history. Three days a week is fine if that's what your life allows. A garage with two dumbbells is fine too.
    • Nutrition is built on what you already eat. We set calorie and protein targets, then adapt your existing meals instead of handing you a week of chicken and rice you'll abandon by Thursday.
    • Every week we look at real data. Weekly weight average, measurements, sessions completed, steps, sleep, and how you felt. Then I change one or two variables — not everything at once.
    • You get a coach who answers. Send a form video, a restaurant menu, or a "this week fell apart" message and you'll get a real reply from me.

I'm also straightforward about my credentials: I have two-plus years of hands-on coaching experience and my NASM CPT certification is in progress, not complete. I'd rather you hear that from me than find out later.

    The first 90 days

Ninety days is long enough to see genuine body composition change and short enough to stay focused. Here's how it typically runs.

Days 1–14: baseline and habits. We set your starting numbers, get you tracking food honestly for two weeks, establish a step target, and start training with volume you can absolutely handle. The goal isn't fast loss — it's a week you can repeat.

Days 15–45: the first real adjustments. Now we have data. If your weekly average isn't trending down, we adjust calories or activity — usually a small change, not a slash. Training loads go up. This is where most people start noticing clothes fitting differently before the scale gets dramatic.

Days 46–75: the messy middle. Motivation dips, life interferes, and a plateau shows up. This is the stretch where coaching earns its money: we shorten sessions instead of skipping them, use a maintenance week if you're running down, and keep the streak alive rather than restarting.

Days 76–90: consolidate. We review the whole block — weight trend, strength gains, measurements, adherence — and decide whether to keep pushing the deficit or hold and build for a while. Either way you finish knowing which habits moved the needle for you.

    Nutrition without a rigid diet

There's no forbidden food list. There's a calorie range, a protein target, a fiber and hydration floor, and a strategy for the situations that actually derail people: restaurants, travel, weekends, and stress.

Protein comes first, because it protects muscle in a deficit and keeps you full. Then we build meals you'd eat anyway, with portions that fit your target. Then we plan for reality: what you order at your usual lunch spot, what a Saturday looks like when you're eating out, and how to have a normal week over the holidays without erasing a month of work. For the full training and nutrition framework, read my practical guide on how to lose fat without losing muscle.

If you have a medical condition or dietary restriction, we work within what your doctor or dietitian has told you. Coaching is training and nutrition guidance, not medical care — you can read the full health disclaimer here.

    The accountability system

Accountability isn't nagging. It's structure that makes it obvious when you're drifting, early enough to correct it.

    • A weekly check-in form: weight average, measurements, training log, sleep, stress, wins, and obstacles.
    • A written response from me within a day, with the specific changes for the coming week.
    • Direct messaging between check-ins for form videos and quick decisions.
    • Monthly progress review so you can see the trend line instead of one bad morning on the scale.
    • A clear plan for missed sessions, so a skipped workout stops turning into a skipped month.

    Pricing

    Monthly
    $300

per month, cancel before the next billing date

    6 Months
    $1,600

    for six months of coaching

    12 Months
    $3,000

for a full year of coaching

Every plan includes the same thing: a custom program, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me. Longer commitments cost less per month because lasting weight loss rarely happens in four weeks. You can cancel any time, but I recommend budgeting for at least three months — that's when most clients see change that holds, and the people who quit in week five are usually the ones restarting six months later. Full details are on the online coaching page, and I break down how these prices compare to other coaches in what an online personal trainer costs.

    Results

I don't publish stock before-and-after photos or testimonials I wrote myself. Real, permissioned client stories go on the results page as clients agree to share them — and nowhere else.

What I do commit to, for every client:

A program written specifically for you within a few days of your call
A written response to every weekly check-in
Honest feedback, including when the plan needs to get easier
No guaranteed pound counts and no invented numbers

    FAQ

How much weight can I expect to lose per month?
For most people a sustainable rate is roughly 0.5% to 1% of body weight per week, which often works out to 4 to 8 pounds a month early on and slows from there. I won't promise you a number — I'll promise you a plan we adjust every week based on what your data actually shows.
Do I have to count calories?
For the first few weeks I usually ask you to track, because it teaches you what portions actually contain. After that, plenty of clients move to simpler habit targets — protein at every meal, a step goal, and consistent meal timing — while we watch weekly weight averages.
What if I have a lot of weight to lose?
That's a good fit for this kind of coaching. We start with two or three habits rather than a full overhaul, build training volume gradually to protect your joints, and set 12-week checkpoints instead of fixating on a final number.
Can I do this without a gym?
Yes. I write the program around your equipment — whether that's a full gym or minimal equipment. Fat loss is driven mainly by nutrition and daily movement; resistance training is what keeps your muscle while it happens.
How much does online weight loss coaching cost?
It's $300 per month, month to month. There are longer options at a better effective rate — $1,600 for six months and $3,000 for a year — because weight loss that holds usually takes longer than four weeks. You can cancel any time, but most people need about twelve weeks to see change that actually sticks.
What makes this different from an app or a free program?
An app can't see that you've missed three check-ins, that your sleep collapsed, or that your knee hurts on lunges. Coaching is the weekly review and the adjustment. That's the part people are actually missing.
